The company offers a lack of flexibility for being a work from home position, they also install spyware on their devices to track employees. They've recently acquired ownership of my company and the changes they've implemented are jarring, making it no longer a pleasant place to work like where I've been for the past several years

Worked here for years and was let go recently. Overall from the beginning you will train yourself. There is absolutely no structured training. The pay does not ever increase even though the company lies and says it will. It does not. You are expected to adhere to the every changing temperament of overpaid money hungry doctors your scribe for. Forced to listen to long appointments often up to two hours long. And when given criticism, there is no actual formative help or guidance you receive from the middle aged women above you that are turned over so quickly every month. But on top of that, providers with this company are switching to AI. So it does not matter how well you do at documentation. I give this company till the end of the year.
