      Great for beginners entering medical field

      Remote with flexible scheduling, offers benefits for full-time employees, experience in various specialties, opportunity to go into higher positions,

      Desktop is annoying to update and may cause connection issues at least once a month, no pay increase for being a long-term employee, schedule is solely on your provider's schedule, which can change at any moment

      Pros

      IKS is a company that wants all of it's employees to succeed. All the staff are friendly, caring, and available for whatever you need to help you not only get to where you need, but where you want to go within the company. No matter what time of day or night, someone responds in my team. I never feel like I am beneath anyone and praised for the work I do. This is such an enjoyable and great place to work and be a part of.
