When I joined this organisation, I never found a detailed feedback on this organisation and that’s why I fell for it.
The position is Revenue Cycle Officer - which seems like a big thing - but don’t have high hopes, it is just a casual Associate over there. The job responsibilities are just the same as an agent and nothing more.
The management is pathetic, nothing works streamlined. You will be just like a football; people will pass you on to someone else for answers.
The organisation has no overtime policy - Yes, no overtime policy as they do not expect you to work after the scheduled hours. Reality? They will not ask you to extend, they will force you to extend, they will cancel your cab themselves and tell you to extend without giving you a single penny. No matter you meet your targets or not. They call it Attitude of Gratitude, for them it means, No money for your hard work.
During this pandemic, they not only delayed our salaries but they deducted 30%~50% of our salaries without informing. There is no transparency on how our salaries were deducted. They defended the fact of deduction and for name sake raised some tickets, which are in open status from past many days. Well, that’s called priority.
There is no concrete upper management or employee grievance redressal system to look over employee grievances. So if you have a problem, it will stay with you till the end of your career in this organisation.
If you plan to take a leave on the end of the month, DONT, JUST DONT. They will pause your salary until you report back to office.

Personally, I would never recommend anyone to work in this organisation.
