This was, is and will always be a LALA COMPANY. Only a few are empowered and the rest are pawns. They hire you with tall claims but none of the policies or ideologies are Employee friendly. All the care about is customer and revenue.

My experience at this organization was extremely disappointing. The company's focus on politics and the blame game, even at the top level, created a toxic work culture that was unbearable. The product team's arrogance and disregard for other team members stifled collaboration and respect. As a QA engineer, I was made to feel worthless, and the lack of proper training only added to the frustration. Moreover, the company's ignorance of Indian holidays and the emphasis on long working hours under the guise of remote work shattered any illusion of work-life balance. Despite the company's claims, the reality was starkly different. The final straw was the micro-management and the feeling of being just a number among thousands of employees. After a short stint, I chose to leave during my probation period. This review serves as a warning to those seeking a healthy work environment and genuine opportunities for growth. This organization falls far short of those expectation
