      Pros

      It's a really good company for freshers with talent oriented capabilities. They offer a good pay for freshers. They provide one month training prior to on the job performance. There is Pickup and drop for people doing grave yard shift and drop for people who work until midnight. They also appreciate if you are an out performer.

      Cons

      The HR is not at all cooperative when it comes to your grievances. The HR is more on the management's side even if you are rationally correct. There is job insecurity if you lack in performing beyond their expectations. I was able to go through the LAW and on the job training phase since i was good at grasping but those who were slow learners were told to leave right away without notice.

      Worst Organization to work with

      Pros

      Location; however, a decent location does not mean the organisation is decent.

      Cons

      No value for employees No fixed shift timings. You have to work for 15 hours every day. No growth If you’re a doctor, don’t even think of ruining your career by joining IKS. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE SALARY THEY OFFER ! IT’S A TRAP ! THEY MAKE YOU WORK TWICE AS MUCH AS THEY PAY YOU.
