      Low Salary package, no bonus, low appraisals, same appraisal for entire process every year, no use of working hard and maintaining production,breaks and quality

      The company offers a lack of flexibility for being a work from home position, they also install spyware on their devices to track employees. They've recently acquired ownership of my company and the changes they've implemented are jarring, making it no longer a pleasant place to work like where I've been for the past several years
