      No pros only salary come on time

      Worst organization ever I have experienced.Use and throw organization for engineers.IT ppl are not valued for their skills.99%ppl management takes place.Hardly any new projects.IT managements needs to be sacked completely for this organization to last for more than 5yrs if they really require IT .Compulsory 9hrs to fill in,that really doesnt make sense on a daily basis.Managers are purely non technical .Its not far behind than capgemini in terms of name ,where whn a candidate gets a call from the organization and by just listening to the name individual says he's not looking forward to this organization.Its that cheap.Growth is also like 2-3percent or no growth annually.

      They pay good salary when they hire you from outside

      Cons

      Management, HR policies, cab facility is pathetic... so unprofessional management with no corporate ethics.... one of the worst company I have worked with..
