      Pros

      Only training period is the time that you enjoy. Apart from that, the salary and your weekly off are the only things that are good about the company.

      Cons

      Worst management! Policies keep changing every alternate day. You actually won't know what to follow and what not. They are very peculiar about tracking every single move of yours, but are very unsystematic at their end when it comes to providing proper facilities to the employees. They are not sure about their increment process either. Made the employees wait for more than six months for the increment and then ended up saying that they would consider the increment!

      Pros

      Good place to learn. And that's it.

      Cons

      When you don't get paid good for your job. Is when you lose interest. Policies change overnight and you won't understand why you got paid less. And they don't care how long you been in the company or what you been doing. You wait for months just to get your appraisals. And looks absurd working here now.
