      No work pressure,Flexible timings, casual wear allowed,Leaves always approved, No extended working hours,5 days working company

      Cons

      Not a right place if you want exposure to new technologies. VIP(Variable pay) payouts is biased.Less Pay. No VIP sometimes. Appraisals are always delayed. Some Managers only appreciate one employee from the team and other employees are totally ignored. Some managers are too good and not biased.
