      Pros

      A Medical Billing Company that gives high emphasis on Quality and Integrity and has Better communication hierarchy. Campus recruits are paid attractive salaries at the beginning and are trained well. The Old Processes have Growth Potentials.

      Cons

      possible Politics and favoritism from specialist to team Leader level. New Processes may take around a year to settle. Non- Payment of Overtime. Company is unsuitable for Commerce Post graduates and MBA pass outs. Night Shift Allowances are very less.
