      IKS worst company.

      Pros

      Employees are friendly & nothing more than that.

      Cons

      No job security, higher management is worst. HR policies change time to time. they wont pay for extra hours. full pressure on projects. No work life balance. They wont pay incentives on time. VIP rating keeps on changing.

      A fantastic place to be at if you want to experience different flavor of work.......lateral movements are encouraged, honest and hard workers are respected.

      HR Function is really pathetic.
