- Flexible timing - Good colleagues - Good place to begin as a fresher - Growth is surely expected - Work life balance - Awesome work culture

Cons

- HR policies are all screwed up. - HR hiring process for seniors are totally biased - Company offers less growth in matters of appraisals. - Cons can outweigh pro's of the company. - Company Intra department movement for selecting non-relevant profile as TL/Manager who are responsible for a custodian role is totally bogus. - Confidentiality between HR and a Employee is not maintained properly it gets disclosed and eventually you get busted for all the trust that you have invested in.

1) Hr Policies are worst 2) Hire and Fire Policy 3) No Incentives for Hardwork (Politics play a major role in getting incentives) 4) Better Place for people who play politics and can survive for Long without putting much effort 5) Fancy Designations with fallacy. 6)Worst Cab Facility. 7)Unjust Managers. 8) They just want to build a brand name and nothing apart from that, never care for the employees.

1) HR Policies change overnight 2) Pathetic Transport Facility 3) Incentives does not get credited on time 4) Low appraisal compared to market 5) Firing Employees overnight without any notice Etc etc.... (Can write a lot more though stooping here)
