Fast growth for ambitious employees. Fast growing company. Nice co-worker. Enough parking and satisfactory infrastructure available. Regular R&R conducted along with employee recognition through hats off cards.

Cons

Flickering company policies on incentives and leave structure. Basic salary is very low compared to overall salary. Health insurance and PF are not optional.
