Pros

If you are the one who believes in growing exponentially with the organization, then this is the right place. I started my carrier with IKS Health and it proved to be a great platform. Wonderful experience where you actually have fun at work. My relocation to Delhi is the only reason I discontinued from IKS after 4.5 years.

Cons

Located in Navi Mumbai, SEZ, thus, travelling to this location was hectic.
