Where do I even begin with my experience at IKS? It has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I wouldn't wish this company upon my worst enemy. From the moment I set foot in their office, I knew I had made a terrible mistake. First and foremost, the management at IKS is utterly incompetent. They have no clue how to lead or support their employees. Communication is practically non-existent, and when it does happen, it's riddled with confusion and contradictions. They constantly change their expectations without providing any clear guidance, leaving employees feeling lost and demoralized. The working conditions at IKS are abysmal. The office environment is cramped, outdated, and uncomfortable. The equipment provided is subpar and frequently malfunctions, hindering productivity and causing unnecessary frustration. The facilities are poorly maintained, with dirty restrooms and a general lack of cleanliness throughout the premises. The company's treatment of its employees is disgraceful. IKS has no regard for work-life balance, frequently demanding unreasonable hours and weekend shifts without any additional compensation or recognition. They promote a toxic and high-stress work culture that breeds exhaustion and burnout. Employee morale is at an all-time low, and there is a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction among the staff. Furthermore, IKS claims to value professional development, but it's nothing more than an empty promise. The training provided is inadequate and rushed, leaving employees ill-prepared to handle their responsibilities. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company are virtually non-existent, as management tends to favor external hires rather than nurturing internal talent. To make matters worse, the company's compensation and benefits package is insulting. The salaries offered are well below industry standards, and the annual raises are paltry at best. The health insurance coverage is minimal and often leaves employees with significant out-of-pocket expenses. IKS shows a complete lack of appreciation for the hard work and dedication of its employees. Moreover, HR connes people in the name of salary. They think I'm a labour for them. They don't even come close to my medical qualifications and experiences. In conclusion, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, (IKS) is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of working for. The management is clueless, the working conditions are deplorable, and the treatment of employees is nothing short of appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering a position at IKS to run in the opposite direction. Save yourself the misery and find a company that actually values its employees and treats them with respect.

I can write a 500 page book as it was my most horrible experience working here for 2.8 years. I had no choice because of pandemic. 1) They monitor your 9 hours where u have to be productive for 8.5 hrs. The prohance software tracks even if u r away from ur system for 5 mins 2) They think u r a donkey and hence keep on adding workload and increasing daily targets 3) Only 5% increment was given in total 3 years 4) No change in position even after 3 years 5) I suffered permanent ear damage due to scribing for 3 years extensively 6) No bonus no incentives: They cancelled the incentive plan after the employees worked 200%. Absolutely not even single rupee was paid after completion of excessive work 7) No work life balance 8) Senior management is extremely toxic
