      Good pay, nice peers I have nothing as to say

      Very shady, never resolved people's problems. Was told to give back equipment when resigning to avoid conflict with last paycheck. Returned equipment and pto was never paid out. Why should inhale to wait 90days for a payout I no longer work for you. Not surprised the customers never received their credits also. The company is poorly managed and I will leave a review on every site.

      My immediate supervisors were fabulous!

      IKS does NOT like to give raises. No annual reviews. I had to threaten to quit in order to get a raise.

      Depending on the supervisor you have, the environment is cool

      Cons

      The pay is very little.for the amount of work. If you are bilingual they consider that is a 50 cent addition to their start pay of 12. If you get salary raise is 30 cents. If you are a senior they do not care and distribute the FT opportunity to the new employees. There is no growth or professional opportunities. If you need time off for short term disability you get paid 1/4th of your salary. HR never is able to help, because they are just there existing. Your actual manager is not able to give you a LOR, but HR who has no idea who u are takes care if that
