      Not a Good Company to work for

      Pros

      General stuff like salary is on time. There has been a WFH allowed in the Covid period. Although the decision came very late. On the last day of declaring a Lockdown

      Cons

      There is no decision maker, All in the senior management steer away from taking responsibilities. Later when the situation goes out of control they blame the junior. It is a 7 days week environment. Leaders will ask you to work on saturday and Sunday with pride. If this is raised as an issue the leader is appreciated for squeezing the most form a small team. Everyone is tires and wants to leave. But once you are in you are stuck.

      Nothing good about this place, except a few friends you will make who are also sailing in same boat !!

      Cons

      No regard for employee, they keep on changing policies and give only false assurances, rampant boot licking and favorism, not clear about what they want and keep on changing their expectations. MOST DISORGANISED AND INHUMANE MANAGMENT... they fill only VPs and AVPs with high salaries and exploit the people who are actually generating money for them... only after getting their profit margins..
