      reviewing as Associate: Accounts Receivable

      1. Good & friendly environment at start, later on depends on movements. 2. Good & timely pay. 3. Good incentives for people who are more than 1 year process. 4. Good scope for dedicated Medical Billing folks. 5. Good Gym & library. 6. helpful talent acquisition & employee support team

      Cons

      1. Nil work life balance. 2. Forced & immediate joining, Same manner forced & on the spot dismissal if project slips out. 3. Poor management. 4. quarterly incentives, impacts a lot. 5. immense pressure. 6. favoritism & show off politics 7. Unnecessary stretch working

      Worst place to work

      IKS and pros impossible 🙅

      Cons

      1) HR Policies change overnight 2) Pathetic Transport Facility 3) Incentives does not get credited on time 4) Low appraisal compared to market 5) Firing Employees overnight without any notice Etc etc.... (Can write a lot more though stooping here)
