You dont even get what you deserve to get..even your final benefits are under their control untill u exit.. they can't help even if the mistake is on their side.. they cheated me by holding the salary during my one month notice period even after getting proper approval..can't fight for your basic rights since HR team will go along with management and keep mum.. you will suffer for sure
