      not a good place to work

      Pros

      payment of salary is on time.

      Cons

      they have lost a lot of tenured people as a result of which they are unable to manage their work and are in spill every week. there is a lot of pressure on all the employees to perform more than the actual target. you land up working continuously for 8-9 hours which hampers your health. because they are in spill every week, getting a leave becomes difficult. Policies keep changing.

      Freshers- Hire and Fire after 1 month.

      Doesn't have any pros from the viewpoint of freshers. Please read the cons carefully. Wrote this so that others are at least aware what goes inside the office before joining

      Cons

      Freshers are like slaves to them. No clear retention policy for employees. They hire in mass and then fire in mass after merely a month, regardless of your performance. Internal Politics is like a daily thing. Even if you pass in the initial qualifier, they can recheck it the next day based on no logic and Fail you. Rude behavior by Seniors as if you are beggars. Note--If you are attracted by the salary provided, Fact-check- You'll end up spending more than the salary that they provide you in a month since Mumbai is an expensive place to live.
