      Really Bad experience to Work with IKS Health

      Pros

      Trying to be professional, At least they give the impression.

      Cons

      1. They have no professional HR org. What they have old-timers defending the interest of their friends. There is very few resources in HR, to begin with. 2. Operations staff is below quality. Hiring and training are broken and associates are just pushed onto operations with the least training. Operations are responsible to train associates on the floor. 3. Every client escalation is managed by the CEO. There is extreme micromanagement. 4. All leaders leave within 1 to 2 yrs of joining this place as everybody is hired to be made into a scapegoat.
