Working here will improve your corporate political skills. If you think you have mastered it. This is the right place to test it.

Cons

You walk into a company employed by a group of old timers. They are a team. You need to do their job. Expectation is you will achieve what they have never been able to do. One miss after as many wins and your real purpose of being employed suddenly appears. Suddenly everybody agrees that you are the scapegoat. There is pure team work among the old timers. Average tenure for leaders at IKS will not be more than 1 to 1.5 yrs.

Cons

Target oriented job, stressful management, employees treated as slaves. The team leaders and managers just eat and hangout the whole day and the poor associates have to work under stress to complete targets! Not at all fair distribution of work
