There are as many cons here in working IKS health as a soft engg in DHS department 1 Dirty Politics Here if you lick your manager feet then there might be a chance you will get some hike and promotions. 2 As above I mention there are so much work pressure but there is no hike and no promotion even you are working here past 2 years I am getting 4% annual hike and zero RS performance bonus 3 No professional growth is here you will learn zero things here there is no project change if you are joining as a fresher 4 The Upper management is sucked you can check the Google rating also for this company for the reference other department is also face same problem 5 Attrition of rate of this company is 60% so you can imagine the situation here they are always in hiring mode
