It seems management has encouraged employees to leave favorable reviews given some of the negative reviews left previously. I want to echo the statements left by former coworkers. To work here you have to have a thick skin or be mean spirited. You’re either the target of condescending remarks or you dish them. Upper management routinely gossip and bully colleagues on Zoom. Leadership will complain openly and lecture its target in a meeting in front of several teams. It’s a toxic work environment that is spread across the organization. Turnover is really high & people are leaving almost every 2 weeks. For your own sanity, I would completely avoid.
