-condescending -bully’s -unrealistic expectations -favoritism Ilia is on the up and up and has potential to take over the clean world with beautiful product and amazing imagery. But they are so rude. Bosses are extremely rude and claim to be understanding yet have the audacity to blow up if you voice that they’re actually not. Toxic work culture they will talk smack as so as you jump off a call. And LACK of diversity. It was laughable. Also being expected to work on scheduled days off and after 8/9pm because your boss wants/needs something. When it really wasn’t that important.

Pros

- Company actually cares about their employees' wellbeing (free healthcare, 3-day weekends every month, half-day Fridays most of the year, competitive pay, generous product allowances / discounts) - Opportunities for growth / leadership takes an interest in developing talent - Satisfaction in the actual work we're doing every day. Not only do we create some of the most innovative products on the market, but I feel like my voice is heard here. - Great coworkers... I'd voluntarily spend time with almost everyone - Best boss I've ever had - They trust us to work from home and don't pressure us to return to the office

Cons

- New launches could be less sloppy. Most people get the final product info pretty late and there almost always are frantic changes the night before - There's a bit of favoritism with what some employees can get away with

-Toxic culture - bullying, rudeness -Very cliquey, and if you weren’t part of the clique you were treated poorly -Unrealistic expectations -Unclear expectations -Toxic and unethical business practices -People gossiped and complained about each other constantly -Long hours and high stress
