Relaxed environment, lots of over time if your hourly and if you want it

pay is not great and raises are very rare

Pros

As long as you are billing and on client site they are hands off. Paid twice a month.

Cons

They act more like a staff aug shop. Don't pay for training and or conferences, benefits are mediocre at best. Not consistent with rewards nor bonus'. Salaried employee that was paid hourly when I worked 32 hours one week (had pre-arranged family event) but then when I worked more than 40 hours I wasn't paid more than what my salary dictated.
