A great place to learn about Autodesk products. Continuous training on Autodesk software.

Cons

Uses the old 70's style of managing i.e., "Management By Intimidation." Terrible salaries. Severe restrictions on allowing sales people to make independent discisions

Pros

The pay is competitive, and the benefits are very good. More than that, my co-workers are all great to work with and I enjoy them. The day-to-day environment is one where we are trusted with a task, but given the freedom to see it done in the most effective way. Ultimately, if I am getting results, I am trusted to do the work that needs to be done to get there. As the company is large, there are many people I can turn to when I need help with any aspect of my job.

Cons

Because the company is large, there are times where too many levels and too much "red tape" can be frustrating. Some policies put into place don't seem to make sense to those of us with"boots on the ground".
