As someone who has worked at different financial shops, IMC has truly stood apart in that it takes culture and collaboration as seriously as it says it does. Working at IMC, you'll be surrounded by the brightest minds in the industry in an environment that is conducive for collaborating and learning.

You're given a lot of trust and responsibility upfront. There's no micro-managing, however your manager or colleagues are always more than willing to help/support whenever you need it. You learn a lot, and FAST! Throughout COVID-19, IMC has been so thoughtful in keeping employees engaged and connected, as well as making us as comfortable as possible while we've been working from home. IMC is great at celebrating successes, however continuously gives back to our community and emergency relief funds via the awesome work of the IMC Foundation, which makes me really proud to work here. This is my second time at IMC and I can certainly say that it is an incredible place to work!
