We’re sorry that you felt there was a lot of politics and didn’t voice your concerns whilst still with us. Please know that your experience was an exception. We set very high standards for our workplace culture and pride ourselves on our flat organization without hierarchy. We provide access to confidential counsellors in each office, as well as twice-yearly employee engagement surveys as constructive avenues to address any personal or professional matters.
