Lot's of freedom on how you achieve your goals. Open culture which fosters teamwork and innovation. If someone has a good idea everyone gets behind it and makes it happen. Incredibly smart yet humble people. No big ego's. No silos or invisible barriers. Lots of fun social events and awesome annual company trips. Good compensation and benefits. Sincere sense of giving back to society in many different charitable ways

None really. You do need to pro-active and speak up about what you want and where you want to go in your career. Do that and the sky is the limit at IMC!
