      Pros

      Friendly management and learning opportunity are the main reasons. Also, good working environment and decent salary adds to the reason

      Cons

      There actually not much downsides of working at IME, however, once in a while you feel like "taking a break" for no reason in particular. That must me something personal though....

      interesting, busy job. Nice to be outdoors. Great group of people. Autonomy can be very satisfying, but...

      Cons

      Physically demanding, hard on your hands. System lacks defined rules and procedures, so occasionally you're left high and dry.
