      Pros

      Hybrid work at my office location allowing a good atmosphere with in office and at home work. Good learning environment. Have learned a lot in the time I’ve been working here. Good leadership at my office understanding of work life balance.

      Cons

      Can be a fast paced work place if you are not use to it you can fall behind.
