      Pros

      IMEG is a great place to work and I have been here for over 20 years now. I enjoy the people I have worked with over these years and also enjoy the ever challenging world of engineering design. IMEG is an employee owned company, which can be really rewarding as we work together as a team. I have been given so many opportunities here over the years and always feel like there are more opportunities ahead. I am really proud to be a part of an award winning team of engineers.

      Any cons would be broader cons of the industry such as multiple deadlines, but with proper planning and teamwork these challenges can be easily overcome.
