      Pros

      IMEG is very progressive in terms of developing tools for their engineers to utilize for their projects.

      Cons

      Management from acquired firms take longer to transition teams and thus remains largely the same for a while. I think the ESOP structure requires that the firm always maintains a certain level of profits and thus makes job security less likely during challenging markets.
