Independence, great team cooperation, encourages entrepreneurship, great people to work with. Management in my areas cares about people and also remove non-performers, leaving people who can trusted to do their job.

Cons

It takes time to learn how to navigate system. The company does not communicate well with professional opportunities and many employees don't see a path forward in their career.
