Pros

The benefits were very good at the time I worked there. The management team and consulting staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and open to ideas.

Cons

A small shop. At the time I worked there, the employee numbers hovered around 15 employees. Most were consultants who were rarely in the office. Working in the office could become lonely at times.
