Pros
Small company with large company perks. Salary is very competitive and the benefits are better than some of the larger business I've worked for. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K - all excellent and very cost competitive. One review mentioned payroll and paychecks. I've never had an issue with my paycheck - always paid on time and always correct True open door policy all the way up to the Owner/President.
Cons
I really don't have any downsides.
