Ownership lacks integrity and doesn't have a clue how and why projects fail.

Pros

I worked with a couple decent technicians.

Cons

Poorly written and inaccurate scopes of work. Not enough hours sold for poorly designed systems. They are quick to throw you under the bus and report inaccurately to management. Allows clients to walk all over them and make systems unusable then don't understand why projects don't close out.

Owners are very involved and get to know employees. They recognize talent, have great benefits, and offer training for employees

Cons

Unsure on growth opportunity, cohesive company culture can be improved upon, salaries are in the mid range, could be better
