Pros

Good people, committed, good benefit package. Management is accessible, fairly easy to talk to if you have a concern. Alot of information that is useful in the future.

Cons

Very controlled work atmosphere, extremely structured. Heavily regulated by the Food and Drug Admin. Training program can be difficult if you don't have a medical lab background. They say it is preferred; should be required. No leeway on how to perform a task. There is only one way; no deviation allowed. Tremendous amount of procedures that you need to learn that doesn't equate with compensation, which is somewhat low. You never work the same schedule; always changes at a moments notice.

Pros

The company has a noble mission to provide blood products and services that support transfusion and transplantation in the Inland Northwest.

Cons

The goal has been overshadowed by outside influence of management. Too many management positions within the company, which lead to micromanaging. Hard to be able to balance and promote the company mission and accomplish the demands of management.
