Pros
Part of management is good. Employees are helpful and everyone minds their own business.
Cons
Favoritism plays big role in this company. A lot of micromanaging is done. There is a double standard when it comes to rules; everyone follows them differently and part of the issue is management. Only had one contract. Management does not empower their employees, they make them feel worthless.
