The location is a little far

The executive team puts an insane amount of pressure on local site management. You can feel the stress level across the organization. The insane cost controls make it incredibly difficult to get things done. The company does nothing for employees but a paycheck. No concern or care for employees wellbeing, no celebrations or recognition, no travel, no conferences, no training. At INEOS you work and you get paid - nothing more. Expected to work on vacation days and long hours routinely leading to a very stressful environment. Systems are antiquated and there is no technology in place to make life easier for employees. Poor vehicle fleet, no tablets for field work, no investment in emergency response needs, work processes are cumbersome and outdated.
