Ineos direct employees are rude to contractors and it is evident in how Ineos offices "their" contractors.

Smaller company with plenty of overtime.

Cons

Low pay for the industry. Management tries to micro manage everything and doesn't have knowledge about how the plant works.

Most of the "knowledge core" are great people to work with, bonus is high and pays out often, privately owned

Cons

O&P entering a tight market soon with many competitor crackers coming online, about half of upper management have a tendency to bully and have never known any better style
