Pros

The building is up-to-date and very clean. There is a great bonus in March if the company does well.

Cons

A lot of micromanagement. The unlimited vacation is just to get people in the door. It is only for salary employees and is closely monitored to make sure it is not abused which is fair. But once you hit 3 weeks, the vacations will get denied and the last quarter is off-limits. The expectation is perfection. I witnessed new hires joining teams so a person can be let go several times.

Great place to be a Lazy Lifer, but management does not embrace company DNA

-Great job security -Good benefits and pay -Mostly low stress, low demand. Very easy to coast

Cons

- Utterly incapable of developing new products. Completely static. - Troubling business practices. Very large revenue achieved by allowing field organizations to follow 'local country business practices' - a euphemism for practices that are illegal in the US - Parts of the organization do not 'embrace the mellow' and are islands of stress and misery. This was my experience, as I spent my time at INFICON desperately trying and utterly failing to drive new products and technology.
