      Pros

      My coworkers are great. Management is down-to-earth. We have flexibility to operate each venue independently and have support to get extra help when we need it. The company has grown a lot in the last two years, which means there are opportunities for new positions and more opportunities to fill-in where others have been promoted.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can get a little off during busy stretches, but it tends to level out during the slow times.

      Thank you for your feedback and being part of our JSAV family for 5 years. We are definitely still growing and continuing to have great opportunities for training and promotions. For the past few years we continue to only have an 11% turn over rate . Most of our openings are entry level AV Technicians as we love to promote from within JSAV. Recently being acquired, we are streamlining our strategies and initiatives to support our growth. We always encourage all feedback to be shared with management and continue to promote an open door policy.
