Cons
If you join for mid level or Sr. Management, be ready to deliver in short time. More you get paid less tolerance for failure. They have old employees who will stall every new ideas you come up with, as they oppose new changes and new people in system. It will be a challenge to perform in this political environment. There is lot to learn as you will be facing fire from day one, problem is, fire never stops and it keep coming. If you have family it becomes difficult to work 12 -14 Hrs daily (Salary = No of Hours of work) Lot of hire and fire happens on mid and Sr. levels. In 1 Yr of my stay, many Sr Exec who Joined leaving existing Jobs in search of quick bucks got fired in India and US office.
