I have been working with INSZoom for over 7 years. My tenure here has been about working on challenging projects and learning new things. One of the things that I really appreciate about this place is – the liberty of taking risks. How many companies let you do that? Concerns and suggestions are heard and appreciated. The company promotes individual growth and it’s great to see how people who work here are so committed to their work.

Cons

I wish we had more team-building activities like outdoor trips and games, which would promote interaction with cross-functional teams as well.

Learn new technologies in short span of time, get to work and lead projects really soon no matter how many year of experience you hold, good work is never ignored from the managers.

Cons

No organisation or person is perfect and so is INSZoom but they have been constantly working on it.
