Pros

Salary is the best part but friends do not get carried away when you have offer letter in hand you can be thrown out very next moment.

Cons

One of the worst places to work where you dont have job security as well as satisfaction. The top most positions like VP, Senior Managers are fired so you can imagine about the employee's here, the HR dept is the worst where they don even know what are the policies and the actual meaning of human resource.
