Salary is high The hike is beyond expectations 3+ years of experience is sufficient to go onsite

working for 24hrs is also less no facilities from HR Internal politics and partiality Doesn't value the employee Doesn't recognize the hard work There is no life apart from work no comp-off for working on weekends or working overtime Finally company removed many employess due to covid and reduced the salary.
