Pros
- Lot of work pressure. If fresher, then this can help to learn a lot of things in less time - Good product for a market with very less competition - Lot of paying clients. Money is not a problem for these guys. They pay any amount to them who they think are important
Cons
- Very bad work culture - No process - No ethics - Can fire you in a day if they are not satisfied - Most of the managers favor girls. So if you are a guy, be aware! They might make you work more. - I think they don't know how to handle corporate customers. During my stay at this company, they got blasted by almost every corporate client for delivering buggy features and crappy service
