Pros

I recently suffered a health issue and the company stood behind me. Anyone in any department that could help in my absence did so with care and concern, not a word of complaint. The culture of family and knowing that people come together to support one another (including support from upper management) is rare in the workplace today. I am very grateful.

Pros

Intelity has a great company culture and is a fun place to work. The company offers a unique and cool technology platform and provides excellent customer service. The team is dedicated and works together towards a common goal and supports each other.

Cons

Sometimes providing excellent customer service can be stressful and challenging, however at the end of the day is very rewarding.

Good people to work alongside with here. Everyone seems to want to help each other. Pace can be busy, so be prepared! Days go fast and you need to make sure and take time to eat your lunch!

Cons

If you can't handle change well, then this is not your place.
